Gentle hills, plenty of nature, and numerous vineyards describe the landscape around Eisenberg, where the young winemaker Thom Wachter has settled.
Before his independence as a winemaker, he ran the awarded restaurant Wachter-Wiesler together with his sister. Since 2015, he has poured all his passion into his approximately 1.5 hectares of vineyards, and you will definitely taste that.
