In the small but fine wine shop Reichermühle, four dedicated winemaking families from Rechnitz present their best wines. The main variety in the wine-growing community of Rechnitz is clearly the Welschriesling, which finds ideal conditions on the south slope of the Günser mountains due to the climatic conditions and geological features. The fine fruit and subtle acidity particularly characterize the Rechnitz Welschrieslings.
In the wine shop, various other white and red wine varieties can also be tasted and purchased at farm gate prices in the atmosphere of a former mill. The winemakers are happy to provide information about interesting facts regarding Rechnitz wine.
