The chapel of St. Ulrich was built in 1926 in place of the older well chapel. The well-known Ulrichsquelle was already mentioned in a document in 1198 in a donation document of the Cistercians.
The water is said to have various healing effects. The famous ophthalmologist Ladislaus Batthyány-Strattmann used the water to alleviate eye ailments.
