In 1949 the company was founded as a small confectionery by Franz Hauswirth Senior in Vienna. In the meantime this confectionery has become one of the largest hollow figure producers in Europe. Every year about 2000 tons of chocolate are processed into irresistible delicacies. About half of the products are exported, while the second half can be sold in Austria. Take a look over our shoulder and convince yourself by tasting our products. In spring 2019 a visitor's walk through the cocoa roasting plant also opened!
