The nature provides us with everything we need. Herbs and grapes grow from the soil, sheep graze on the ground, and the clay for building also comes from the earth. A harmonious and respectful life with nature is completely natural for us.
We source our ingredients exclusively from organic producers in the region. Our specialties from Jura and Krainer sheep are served fresh off the grill.
