The popular summer matinees at Schloss Esterházy in Eisenstadt offer the opportunity to experience the music of Joseph Haydn, the father of Viennese Classicism, in the original location of his creative work – for the great composer lived and worked at the court of Esterházy for over four decades. Many of his works premiered here; even today, the unique atmosphere of this historical place fascinates and moves music lovers from all over the world.
The summer matinees at Schloss Esterházy take place from July 3 to August 29, 2025, every Thursday and Friday.
